Highlighter Hacks

The practice of practicing highlighter art is always a wish of every women, right?  This is a major highlighter makeup trend going on and nobody wants to miss this transformational look trend. In brightening and uplifting face, highlighter plays a major role if applied correctly. But, that doesn’t means to become a dewy fool, but to apply it in gentle and right manner.

Highlighter comes in different forms; such as, shimmer, matte, dewy, liquid and powder forms. All these have their different impacts on skin; such as, shimmer adds glitter and glow and right to use for the night events. If the shimmer is applied at daytime, then you would end up looking odd.

Hack # 1 Mixing

If you have a liquid highlighter, then you can mix it with your liquid foundation and apply it all over your face. This will give a glowing look to the entire face. But, mix it to small extent and not much and you will look dewy goddess.

Hack # 2 Plum Lips

After applying lipstick, you can use highlighter of silver or golden color to give plump and fuller look the lips. If you apply highlighter to the middle of the lips, your lips will look bigger and fuller.

Hack # 3 Under Eyes

This sounds weird but I tried it myself and believe me it works amazing. For more awakening look, apply light color highlighter on areas where you have concealed your eyes. But, make sure to choose the right highlighter shade for this trick matching to the skin tone.

Hack # 4 Use it with Gloss

If you want to apply gloss on your lips and want to go natural, apply a bit of highlighter on your lips and your lips will look radiant and pop out.

Hack # 5 Matching Formula

Make sure that the highlighter you are using matches the formula of your foundation.
