Day Makeup

If you are going out on a lunch date, college, office or any other formal meeting, then day makeup has become a necessity. Day makeup is mostly soft, minimal and light. It depends on the type of event and occasion you want to attend to decide which kind of makeup you want. Light makeup always give natural and beautiful look compared to dark and heavy that changes the features. There are many people who don’t understand the difference and they apply too much makeup at day time that gives sharp and unnatural appearance.

Here are few steps to do your day makeup in no time;

The first and foremost important step is to wash your face with face wash and cleanse off all the excess.
You can use any of these below face washes as they are the best recommended. 

After cleaning face, apply some moisturizer and also primer. Clean your hands and apply with your naked hands. Hands are always the best tools to blend anything on face. So, I always prefer using hands. But, make sure that the hands are clean and clear.

The next step after preparing the face is to apply any foundation you like according to your skin type. For example, my skin is sensitive and dry, so I always prefer using CC creams and liquid foundations. Then, I apply setting powder over it to set it so it don’t mess around.

Now, comes the turn of eyes. It is also your choice to use light or dark eye shadows. However, I always prefer using light eye shadows for day makeup. If the eye shadows are dark, then make sure that the rest of the makeup is light.
You can choose any of these eye makeup options according to your mood.

Create your eyebrows with brush and then tints. If the event is casual, then better to use pencil or any gel. Gels also do lasting work.

The next step is to apply eye shadows and then apply mascara. For dandy look, apply mascara and some light false eye lashes and don’t go for thicker lashes. Many people wear thickest eyelashes at day time and they look like a zombie.

If you want to apply eyeliner, do it with thin coating as thick eye liner will hide the eye shadows applied. Many people apply thickest eyeliner on the outer corner to make eyes big. If you want to go with Smokey eye, then apply eyeliner and don’t apply eye shadows and this will look striking.
You can choose any type from the liner. Remember makeup is all what you want to do, so don't feel bound when choosing something. 

Hence, the next step is to contour and highlight that you are going to do together. Apply both on their right areas on face and then blend it with blender. Blend it well and make sure that there are no harsh lines. Sometimes, I skip this part and just apply blush to keep the natural look of my face.

The last two steps are very easy. Apply highlighter on the inner corner of eyes, cheekbones, cupid bows, forehead and chin.

 And, then fix the entire makeup with the fixing spray. Make sure to use spray it from distance and not very near. This Maybelline fixing spray gives lasting results.
