Eyeliner Types

The increasing effort to achieve bigger and wide eyes has also enhanced the demand of eyeliners due to which different eyeliner types have emerged in the market. Each type has its own use and specific way to apply. Eyeliner helps to enhance the eye look in the same way as mascara. Everyone is striving to have bigger eyes, so eyeliner has become a must makeup item to keep in bag. However, it needs a heavy practice in the beginning for starters.
Here is a guide different textured and types of eyeliners and how to apply them.

Liquid Eyeliner
Liquid eyeliner is the most popular type of eyeliner. Because of its high pigmentation and water consistency, it is challenging to apply it. It comes in the market form as well that is easy to apply for the beginners especially. You can apply it by starting with the thinner application and then spreading it with the help of angled brush. Also, you can create dots first and then merge them together later.

Gel Eyeliner
This is also one of the common and my favorite eyeliner form. You can apply it with the help of eyeliner brush. But, you have to pour water or serum in it before applying it or it becomes hard consistency.
You can use these gel eyeliners for creating Smokey eye look as well by blending it.

Pencil
Pencil eyeliners are not thick and darkest but they are also good to go when soft look is needed. These black pencils are also used for creating Smokey eye makeup look. These pencils are like eye-shadows texture are also easy to apply and blend.

Kajal
Kajals are also in trend from always and they can also be applied if the light eyeliner look is needed. However, these days, trend of warming up these kajals to make them dark is sky high. These are also reasonable and you can buy a lot of them easily.
